Confirmation of Your Registration
Within a week to 10 days of
registering, you will receive a confirmation letter in the
mail or via email with information about the specific class
hours, site, classroom location, conveniently located hotels
and transportation. Notice of any change to the course
location will be included in this letter and/or a subsequent
confirmation letter. If a site location is not listed in your
letter, that means The Stonehaven Group is still finalizing
the site and will notify you as soon as the site is confirmed.
Payment
You must submit your payment, credit
card number or signed purchase order before the course begins.
Early Registration
The 20% discount for
early registration is valid for registrations made directly
with the Stonehaven Group only.
Refunds and Program Cancellation
We understand that for unanticipated
reasons, you may be unable to attend a class. Cancellation
must be received at least 30 days prior to the first day of
the seminar to qualify for a refund. Cancellations are
subject to a $100 processing fee. A cancellation received
fewer than 30 days before the seminar is not eligible for a
refund, but a substitute may attend in your place.
Registrants who do not attend cannot transfer payment to
another class and will not receive a refund.
We sometimes find it necessary to change the
dates on which a seminar is offered or to cancel a seminar.
The Stonehaven Group reserves the right to cancel or
reschedule any seminar with insufficient enrollment. If for
any reason a seminar is cancelled, the Stonehaven Group
assumes no responsibility for nonrefundable airline tickets or
other travel costs. The Stonehaven Group will make every
effort to immediately notify registrants of a cancellation. If
a seminar is cancelled, we will promptly issue a refund for
the cost of the course. Course content, prices and
availability are subject to change without prior notice.
Seminar Dress-Code
We recommend business casual attire
for the seminars.
